Designed with both mom and baby in mind, 2 Red Hens eschews the thinking that diaper bags need only be big, bulky, and single-purposed. They felt it a waste to relegate a diaper bag to the back of the closet or hope to hand it down to the next new mother, so why not create a funky and functional holdall? The 2 Red Hens Serendipity Whole Roost bag with changing pad is a fun and chic tote when out with baby or out on the town. The loop and button top closure, mod leaf print with brown foundation and paisley accents, wide comfort straps, four exterior pockets, three interior pockets, and 50-pound capacity beg the question as to how they managed to marry function and fashion so seamlessly. The bag measures 18 inches wide, 13 inches tall, and six inches deep. The fabric is vinyl covered for easy cleaning and low maintenance, and the changing pad (that folds neatly inside the pocket) is vinyl on one side and fabric on the other. Summary: Best Diaper Bag Ever! 2008-07-25
Comment: We never found the right diaper bag until this one! All of our other diaper bags we had never got used again after we bought this one (had to sell them!). This diaper bag is the perfect size & design, has pockets, is easy to pack/unpack, is very cool and everyone wants to know where I got it! We now have a toddler and don't need to use it for much baby stuff anymore, and it is now a great toy tote along with other essentials and snacks. We've had it for two years now and it still looks as nice as when we purchased it. I'm sure we will still be using it another two years or more from now. All in all we are very happy with this bag!

Summary: Super cute, I'm really pleased 2007-08-04
Comment: This is a really cute bag, despite the plastic-y covering I don't feel like it screams diaper bag! diaper bag! It is quite large, the pic on the site is a bit misleading, but I can still tuck it neatly under my arm. My other "big bag" is way too bulky for that and usually has to go inside the shopping cart, this one doesn't. And the changing pad is nice quality and extra-long, super for a toddler. Definitely recommended! (Though if you're looking for one of these hyper-organized deals with lots of pockets, this is not the bag for you. It really just has one main compartment, with some small pockets outside and inside.)

Summary: Not great as a diaper bag 2007-06-09
Comment: I've gone through a lot of diaper bags and while this one is super cute and has a wipeable material, I didn't find it very functional as a diaper bag. I didn't care for the closure- there really should be a zipper or magnetic closure to ensure that things don't fall out. The size is HUGE which can be good but there are no usable pockets for a sippy cup- there are just a couple small pockets inside. The bag cannot be easily hung on a stroller and because of its size, even if hung on a swivel hook it doesn't work out well with a small lightweight umbrella stroller. This bag is fine for swimming class or maybe a pool/beach bag but I didn't keep mine for very long.

Comment: I bought this after seeing it on other websites for twice the price. Plus I was looking for something unique. Most diaper bags are either utilitarian black and boring or too cutesey winnie the pooh. Im so happy with it. It is a lot bigger than the picture looks and the vinyl is easy to keep clean. Plenty of room and totally stylish.
