This book is a lifesaver! It answers so many common questions that new parents have. As well as saves time in determining whether to call your pediatrician or not. I usually give this as a baby shower gift because it is a MUST HAVE in every baby library!

I am a new parent at age 41, and my then-pregnant wife bought us this book as a reference for when the baby came. The book is a very easy-to-read manual chock full of good science and common sense. It really eased a lot of my fears and answered practically EVERY question I had regarding babies. No new parent should be without this in their reference library. After our son was born, I found myself going back to the book and checking what's written with what we experienced ourselves, and the information in the book is largely dead-accurate! Dr. Brown is an experienced pediatrician and parent with whom we've come to absolutely trust. Our own pediatrician highly recommends this book as well. Buy it!
