Summary: No problem in the dryer for me 2008-12-18
Comment: I love these. Right now the baby is sleeping in a bassinet next to our bed. There is no changing table in our bedroom, so at night my wife and I just whip out the little changing pads to change the baby on our bed. It works great. They get washed almost every day and put in the dryer as well, and they hold up fine. We've experienced no melting or warping. Our dryer is a year old and the liner has been through the hottest setting too, and has emerged unscathed. I would highly recommend these.

Summary: Love them - save on mounds of laundry! 2008-12-11
Comment: This is a fabulous product and I wish it had been around when our first child was a baby. I bought 2 packs and virtually never have to wash the changing pad cover - just pop one of these on and switch it for a new one when it gets dirty.
They really are waterproof too, and will keep your changing pad lasting much longer. Sometimes I put one under the baby in the crib or on the carpet to avoid accidents, and it works well for that too.
We wash them on high in our front-loading washing machine, and dry on low in our tumble dryer, and have had no problems with shrinkage or disintegration or anything; I have even accidentally added bleach to the wash when they have been in there and they came out just fine. Admittedly our machines are not brand new, top of the line models which may do a more vigorous job of washing and drying, but I'm sure you could get the setting right and they would come out of most dryers just fine.
Excellent product, could not live without!

Summary: Melted in the dryer 2008-12-05
Comment: The first time I washed these (before they were ever used) they melted in the dryer. Admittedly, the dryer was on high and the label says dry on low -- but who needs a special-care laundry item that's going to get pooped on???

Summary: If I could give this one star I would. 2008-11-25
Comment: A friend of mine used these, so I convinced my sister of how awesome they were and she got some to protect her soft changing pad cover, so she wouldn't have to wash it every time it got messy. Wouldn't you know, the first time they were washed, the waterproof part melted in the dryer.
Carter's waterproof bassinet pad is a much better deal. They are 18" x 27" inches and can be cut to size to make two changing pad liners.

Summary: somewhat misleading 2008-11-23
Comment: Work fine and are washable but must be air dried, as using a dryer causes them to shrink and deform.
