 Seemingly nice bag, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Diaper Dude Diaper Bag, Orange Lion Crest with FREE Stroller Strap (Baby Product) I've been a stay at home Dad for 2.5 years and have gone through 2 or 3 diaper bags. With #2 on the way, I figured it was time to get something serious and I've heard nothing but good things about this bag.
The bag itself seems to be a good one. I've read that some people don't like the cell phone holder but mine fits perfectly. My complaints about the bag aren't with the manufacturing but with the troubles I had getting one. Babies R Us supposedly carries Diaper Dude bags but I checked two stores and they didn't have any. I ordered from Amazon via Jolity. I liked the free shipping option but I got the bag a day after ups's estimate. Then when I did open the box, the buckle that holds the strap in together had a bent prong so anything more then 2 ounces of force would open the buckle. It is decidedly not girly and has enough room for everything. We keep 5-10 diapers, 1-3 changes of clothes, a pack of wipes, Vaseline/Destin, a small blanket, a point and click camera, and hand sanitizer in here without a problem. It's messenger style is easy to maneuver with the car seat in tow and the handy extras like a key hook and a cell phone pocket have been surprisingly helpful. This lion crest was perfect for us--we named our son Griffin and that is pretty darn close to the depictions of said mythological creature. |
