I was disappointed a little when I got the diaper bag. I didn't expect it to look a little plasticy on the outside. I decided to keep it and have been pretty happy with it. I like all the pockets and how roomy it is. The straps to attach this to the stroller work well. My biggest complaint is that the clip on the messenger strap broke after using it only a few times. Now I have to pay another $19 or so to replace it.
