This product is horrible, to be honest it is cute and big but there is no way anything heavy can be carried in this bag. Only because the straps are so thin and way to stretchy for its material it is no where near durable !

This would be the perfect bag. I love how roomy it is, lots of pockets inside and out. I love the zippers on the outside and the color (white) and the hello kitty emblem, etc. It is almost perfect but the hardware on it is flimsy and doesn't hold up. Soon the handle wear and it ends up in the trash. I love this bag but if the hardward and handles were durable I would rate it a 10! I love it so much I've bought several bags knowing it will wear out soon and I'll replace it with another that I've purchased. I treat it as disposable which is what it is.
