JJ Cole Collections System Diaper Bag, Black Damask

This is a great bag. FYI in response to all the reviews about broken zipper pulls.....I talked to a JJ Cole customer service rep before I bought the bag about this issue after reading reviews. They said they did have a batch of bad zipper pulls and it has been amended. Additionally, there is a 2 YEAR warranty on these things! He said they would be happy to replace if I still had a problem. There you go!

This bag is so much more than I expected!! It is very well made, very obviously high quality. It is the perfect size, not awkwardly big or too small. It has stroller straps and the hooks built in to the bag, as well as a place for an ipod or similar item. Tons of pockets and storage for baby's items and mom's stuff. The only thing I don't like about this bag is that the end pockets aren't large enough for a sippy cup. Not sure why?? They seem more made for a bottle, but my daughter doesn't take a bottle. I LOVE the changing pad. It folds up into itself and has a handle for grab-n-go use. You can hook it to the stroller, etc. because it has a button to open and close the handle strap. It folds SO flat and it very compact, but opens to be very large. The pacifier pocket is nice as well. This is a GREAT value for the high quality product this is. The Bag itself is awesome as well as the changing pad and pacifier holder. The changing pad was especially useful on the airplane as you can just tuck a couple of diapers in the pocket with the wipes instead of taking the whole diaper bag into the tiny restrooms. The bag itself holds a TON. The reason for the 3 star review is that the zipper pulls break off and leave sharp edges and pretty much leaves the bag useless as its a pain to zip/unzip without the pulls. It doesn't even make it possible to put a string through as part of the zipper pull stays on. This isn't a one time occurrence either. My best friend has the same bag and the zipper pulls broke off on hers too.
