I love the fact that you can wipe off the outside, change my baby and use the diaper bag as a safety barrier on the changing tables in public restrooms, have enough room for all of my baby essentials and still look stylish in the process. My husband is very low profile when it comes to fashion and he doesn't mind carrying this bag around. The stroller clips that you can purchase are also a life saver. I have another messenger style PPB diaper bag and this one by far is my favorite. I have worn it as both a messenger bag and also a backpack which allows me to carry my son in the baby bjorn at the same time. If you can afford it I feel it is worth the investment. 5 of 5 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Petunia Pickle Bottom Boxy Diaper Bag Dancing In Dublin (Baby Product) I love everything about this bag except how heavy it is. I didn't realize how heavy it was when I bought it, but once I got my stuff in it, it was extremely heavier than any of my other diaper bags. I think the Glaze bags are a lot heavy and stiff than the other fabric, even though I love that you can wipe it clean. I wish I would have returned it because I now want to get something else. This bag is just too heavy to use everyday, and I've really cleaned it out and only carry the bare essentials. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) There's nothing worse than having your shoulder bag whip around and take out your toddler when you bend down to pick him up. The Petunia has some great features. The changing pad is very accessible, and the waxy exterior is super durable. It hangs very nicely from the shoulder when not too full, although the snaps from the backpack straps can give you a good poke in the ribs if you're not careful. It sits nicely as a backback also. BUT the interior is very deep and shallow, making it difficult to get to anything. The superman strength velcro is also positioned very high up, so the front flap "sticks out" when the bag is on the full side. The interior is not spill-proof - it's kind some kind of whimpy thin cotton/polyester blend. And there is no easy access for Mom stuff, like phone and wallet. You have to either carry a separate purse or go spelunking at checkout time. The last bit is that the side compartments fit a...Read more |
