My son is 18 months and was about to start daycare, so I didn't want a diaper bag, but didn't want a backpack either. This bag is PERFECT. It can used for a boy or a girl and it is very stylish, which is something that is really important to me (being that I carried a Coach diaper baby for him up until now). I can't really imagine using something of this size as a diaper bag, but I tend to overpack, so this would be small for me to use for a newborn/infant. But, as a toddler bag, I love it. It can easily fit a change of clothes, diapers, sippy cup, brush, wipes, toys, snacks... just a number of things. So, all of my internet searching paid off with the great purchase. Cons: Wish the stroller straps didn't require un-attaching the shoulder straps first (this is a small annoyance), wish the changing pad was a little wider and a little longer (it is quite small and not very high quality) or maybe even attached to the back of the bag for ease of use (like Petunia Pickle Bottom and Bumble Bags), wish the shoulder strap had non-slip grip or were wider so they are less likely to slip off your shoulder. Also wish they had a backpack conversion option, like PPB bags do. It could easily be improved, but is a good for stroller use and not as big or heavy as PPB bags - a big draw for me.
