Storksak Gigi Large Diaper Bag,Chocolate,one size

I ordered this as a combination diaper bag/purse about a year and a half ago. My normal purse prior to having children was rather large, and after reading the product description I felt this bag would be great to combine everything into one. I would have liked to view it in person prior to purchasing but that wasn't an option. Had I seen it first I probably wouldn't have bought it. The amount of storage in the bag isn't what you'd think you'd get in a bag this size.

The bag consists of three sections, with the center section being by far the most spacious. One of the outside sections is used in lieu of my purse (that now only contains my wallet, keys and cell phone), while the other two are used for baby items. The two outside sections are tall, but narrow, and would be much more useful if they extended a bit more away from the bag. I love this bag. I have a six year old and he's always trying to put things in my purse or have us carry something so now that we have the baby, it fits all her things with room for our son's video games and DS. It big, its roomie, the picture doesn't do it justice and the handles can be made bigger but I like the just the way they are.

It has wonderful pockets inside as well so you can keep your things organized and not loose things in the bottom of the big bag and when I know longer need a diaper bag it will still make a great purse for traveling with children and their food items and it will hold a laptop.

I purchased the Gigi three years ago. I have used it as my only diaper bag as well as briefcase ever since. I have two children (now 3 ½ and 18 mos) and work full time. I use the bag every day. It has also worked well on a number of cross-country vacations. It large but not monstrous. It is pretty lightweight empty. I pack it with a *lot* of stuff--papers, wallet, phone, diapers, wipes, sippy cups, makeup, etc., etc., so it gets pretty heavy. It stands up to this though. It doesn't tip and the internal organization is very good--one large main center compartment, two large side compartments, all with plenty of pockets, so my stuff doesn't end up in a big black hole. My only problem has been identifying which side compartment is the one I want. The only thing differentiating the sides is the storksak logo on one of them.
