timi & leslie Parisien Convertible Baby Bag - Red

I was so excited to get this bag. I purchased it 4 months before my daughter was born. The only thing that I did not like about it was that it was a bit heavy and the inside was all the same fabric so it is hard to find items in the bag. Other than that I was pleased with it. I began using it in September and within 6 weeks the strap began to tear and the bottle holder has ripped as well. I only use it 3-4 times a week so there is not reason for it to have these kinds of issues. I contacted Timi & Leslie about it as I have had it longer than 60 days and Amazon and eBags are no longer responsible for it and the response from Timi & Leslie was to contact the seller. I am not happy with this response at all! This is a manufacturer issue and the company should stand behind their product which obviously they do not. I would not recommend this product nor any product from Timi & Leslie.
