I first saw this bag on another site and fell in love with it, but hesitated before buying it, only because the reviews for the other timi & leslie bags were very mixed. Some people complained that the straps broke easily, and one reviewer mentioned that she thought she had been sold a knock-off on Amazon, after seeing that her friend's identical bag was a much better design. I decided to contact the manufacturer, and I received a very detailed email assuring me that steps have been taken to improve their bag design, including using more durable material, reinforcing all straps and hardware, and also upgrading to more durable hardware. They have a one year warranty, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I can only assume that the reviewer who mentioned the knock-off bag actually purchased the older version, while her friend had the redesigned bag.
