I absolutely love this bag! I have it in the pewter which looks much nicer than the black and goes with anything. It's held up very nicely over the past year. There have been no problems with it at all, no tears, snags, or anything of sorts. It looks good and no one would ever think that it's a diaper bag. I've gotten compliments before from younger girls in their 20's who like this style. When I tell them it's a diaper bag they immediately ask the brand and say they'll keep it in mind for later :)

When I first had my baby, I got the Charlie II bag and back then being a first time mom who carried a pump and everything else daily, the bag was good and served the purpose but it wasn't very good looking and parts started falling apart very quickly.
