This review is from: Trend Lab Giggles Messenger Bag with Changing Pad (Baby Product) The bag is cute, but not very practical. The two small interior pockets are not very functional. The quality isn't that great either. The seams around the pockets came apart very quickly. I would only recommend this bag for light use or short trips. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: This review is from: Trend Lab Paisley Park Messenger Bag with Changing Pad (Baby Product) I love this bag! SUPER functional and cute!! THe outside is easy to clean off and the straps don't get all grungy and bunched like fabric handles do. I usually throw my keys and cell phone in one of the outside pockets and a bottle in the other. The inside is a cute stripe pattern which makes it bright and easy to find things. It came with a handy changing pad, so I didn't need to spend the extra money buying an extra pad to carry around with me, and it also made me feel more comfortable changing my little girl outside of the house. The strap is nice and long so I can sling it across my body...for all of those with kids, you know that this makes life so much easier! 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Trend Lab Messenger Bag (Baby Product) Good points: very stylish, husband can take it without feeling too "girly"; goes along with the awesome spirograph set; has enough storage space for day trips.
Bad points: smells terrible!! The strange material on the oustide of the bag feels like a soft-seatbelt and smells like a tent!; The bag is hand-wash only...when you have a baby when do you have time to hand-wash anything?; the seams come apart very easily on the inside lining and pockets. I was stuck with this bag and had to wash it literally 8 times to get the smell under control. Of course it's not meant to be washed like that, and about 50% of the seams inside came apart, and the material on the outside has some damage (think how satin picks). However after repairing it, I continue to use it and am mostly happy with it. I would think that the other "spirograph" bags may be more dourable, and may not smell- maybe worth a try. |
